BuildLeadsAI sells access to digital educational content and automation templates (n8n workflow files, prompt libraries, and page templates) related to building AI-based lead-generation systems. Products are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipment.
2. Subscription plans
All BuildLeadsAI products — the Starter Template Kit, the Core AI Course, and the Plug & Play System — are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions. By purchasing any plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every 30 days, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Your subscription renews automatically. We do not send a reminder before each renewal charge — you can review your next billing date at any time by contacting us.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by emailing support@buildleadsai.com with the email address you used to sign up. We confirm every cancellation request in writing.
When you cancel:
- No further charges will be made to your card.
- You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- Access is removed automatically once that period ends — you don't need to do anything else.
4. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase or subscription start date, no questions asked. To request one, email us at support@buildleadsai.com with your order details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
After the 7-day window, sales are generally final, since access to course content and template files is granted immediately after purchase. If you believe you were charged in error after this window, contact us at support@buildleadsai.com and we'll review it.
5. Failed or declined payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will pause access to the relevant plan until payment succeeds or you cancel.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes to the subscription or cancellation process will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
